Understanding BMI

Body Mass Index (BMI) is a simple measure of body fat based on your height and weight. While BMI doesn't directly measure body fat, it correlates with more direct measures of body fat and is a useful screening tool for weight categories.

BMI Formula: BMI = weight (kg) / height (m)²
